Aplikácia eKultúra nezbiera žiadne osobné údaje. Všetko, čo pri návšteve výstavy v aplikácii vznikne, zostáva iba vo vašom telefóne a nič z toho sa neodosiela nám ani nikomu inému. Jediné, čo z telefónu odchádza, je technická kontrola aktualizácií, ktorá službe Expo oznámi verziu aplikácie a náhodný identifikátor inštalácie (pozri časť 4).

Altum X s. r. o. je vydavateľom aplikácie eKultúra a prevádzkovateľom v zmysle všeobecného nariadenia o ochrane údajov (GDPR).
BIBIANA, medzinárodný dom umenia pre deti, je usporiadateľom výstavy a poskytovateľom jej obsahu (texty, fotografie, nahovorené rozprávanie). Z aplikácie nedostáva žiadne údaje a údaje návštevníkov nijako nespracúva.
Aplikácia vo verzii 1.0 nezhromažďuje, neodosiela ani neuchováva na serveri žiadne osobné údaje. V aplikácii nie je účet, prihlásenie, registrácia, platba, predplatné, reklama, chat ani žiadna sociálna funkcia. Aplikácia neobsahuje žiadny analytický, reklamný ani sledovací softvér tretích strán a ani vlastné zbieranie štatistík.
Aplikácia nesleduje používateľov, a preto na iPhone nikdy nezobrazuje systémovú žiadosť o povolenie sledovania (App Tracking Transparency).
Aby aplikácia fungovala aj bez internetu a pamätala si, kde ste skončili, ukladá si niekoľko vecí do svojho súkromného úložiska vo vašom telefóne. Tieto údaje nikdy neopúšťajú zariadenie:
Všetky tieto údaje sa vymažú odinštalovaním aplikácie. Stiahnutý obsah výstav môžete kedykoľvek odstrániť aj priamo v aplikácii.
Aplikácia sa nepýta na meno ani vek a žiadna jej obrazovka ich nedokáže uložiť. Neukladá e‑mailovú adresu, telefónne číslo, poštovú adresu, účet, heslo, polohu, kontakty, fotografie ani médiá z vášho zariadenia, zdravotné ani finančné údaje, žiadny reklamný identifikátor ani žiadny identifikátor hardvéru zariadenia. Jediným identifikátorom je náhodný identifikátor inštalácie, ktorý používa kontrola aktualizácií (pozri časť 4). Prístup k reklamnému identifikátoru systému Android je v aplikácii výslovne zablokovaný.
Aplikácia sa pripája na internet iba v situáciách popísaných nižšie. Všetky pripojenia sú šifrované (HTTPS) a žiadne z nich neobsahuje vaše meno, e-mail ani nič, čo ste v aplikácii napísali alebo urobili.
Zoznam inštitúcií a výstav, texty, fotografie a zvukové rozprávanie sa sťahujú z verejného úložiska obsahu. Požiadavka obsahuje iba adresu sťahovaného súboru. Súbory sú uložené v službe DigitalOcean Spaces v dátovom centre vo Frankfurte nad Mohanom (Nemecko, EÚ). Úložisko beží za sieťou Cloudflare, ktorá pri odpovedi nastaví technickú cookie __cf_bm na ochranu pred automatizovanou záťažou. Táto cookie neobsahuje nič o vás a neslúži na sledovanie.
Aplikácia sa občas opýta, či existuje novšia verzia jej vlastného programového kódu, a ak áno, stiahne ju. Vďaka tomu vieme opraviť napríklad nesprávny otvárací čas alebo chybnú vetu za pár minút. Požiadavka uvádza verziu aplikácie, distribučný kanál, verziu nainštalovaného kódu a náhodný identifikátor inštalácie, ktorý knižnica Expo vytvorí pri prvom spustení a ktorý zostáva rovnaký, kým aplikáciu neodinštalujete. Identifikátor nie je spojený s vaším menom, e-mailom ani kontom, my k nemu nemáme prístup a na nič ho nepoužívame. Aktualizácie sú kryptograficky podpísané a telefón ich pred použitím overí. Službu poskytuje Expo (EAS Update).
Po ťuknutí na položku ochrany osobných údajov sa táto stránka otvorí v prehliadači telefónu. Niektoré zastávky obsahujú aj odkazy na súvisiaci obsah tretích strán, konkrétne na videá na YouTube a na stránku bibiana.sk. Každý takýto odkaz sa otvorí až po vašom potvrdení a vždy v prehliadači telefónu, nie vnútri aplikácie. Od chvíle, keď odkaz otvoríte, platia podmienky a spracúvanie údajov danej stránky, nie tieto zásady. Za obsah týchto stránok neodpovedáme.
Ako pri každom pripojení k akejkoľvek internetovej službe je serveru, ktorý odpovedá, krátkodobo viditeľná IP adresa vášho zariadenia - bez nej odpoveď nemožno doručiť. Altum X s. r. o. IP adresy nezaznamenáva a nevedie žiadny záznam o tom, kto si čo stiahol.
Aplikácia žiada povolenie na prístup ku kamere na jediný účel: čítanie QR kódov na tabuľkách pri exponátoch, aby sa po namierení telefónu na tabuľku otvorila príslušná zastávka.
Aplikácia je určená rodinám a s priamym používaním deťmi (kvíz, aktivity, mini‑hry) sa počíta. Keďže aplikácia nespracúva žiadne osobné údaje, nevyžaduje sa súhlas dieťaťa ani rodiča podľa článku 8 GDPR (vek digitálneho súhlasu je na Slovensku 16 rokov) a aplikácia preto neobsahuje žiadne okno so súhlasom.
Pre úplnosť: v aplikácii nie je žiadna reklama ani reklamný či analytický kód tretích strán, žiadne nákupy ani platby, žiadny účet, profil, chat, zdieľanie ani obsah vytváraný používateľmi, žiadne profilovanie ani personalizácia podľa návštevníka. Odkazy von z aplikácie sú iba tie, ktoré opisuje časť 4: táto stránka a odkazy na súvisiaci obsah pri niektorých zastávkach, ktoré sa otvoria až po potvrdení a vždy v prehliadači telefónu.

Obsah výstav sa sťahuje zo servera v Európskej únii (Frankfurt, Nemecko). Službu aktualizácií poskytuje spoločnosť Expo so sídlom v USA; pri tomto pripojení jej aplikácia odovzdá IP adresu technicky nevyhnutnú na doručenie odpovede, vyššie uvedené údaje o verzii softvéru a náhodný identifikátor inštalácie. Altum X s. r. o. sama žiadne údaje nezhromažďuje, nemá k nim prístup a do tretích krajín ich neprenáša.
Keďže sa nič neodosiela ani neuchováva na serveri, väčšinu práv podľa GDPR máte doslova vo vlastných rukách:

Ak by niektorá budúca verzia aplikácie začala čokoľvek zbierať alebo odosielať, zverejníme pred jej vydaním novú, datovanú verziu týchto zásad a zodpovedajúco upravíme aj vyhlásenia v obchodoch App Store a Google Play. Aktuálna verzia zásad je vždy dostupná na tejto adrese.
Táto webová stránka sama nepoužíva cookies, analytiku ani žiadne externé zdroje.
The eKultúra app collects no personal data. Everything created during your visit stays on your own phone, and none of it is sent to us or to anyone else. The only thing that leaves the phone is a technical update check, which tells the Expo service the app version and a random installation identifier (see section 4).

Altum X s. r. o. is the publisher of the eKultúra app and the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
BIBIANA, the International House of Art for Children, is the venue and the provider of the exhibition content (texts, photographs, recorded narration). It receives no data from the app and does not process visitor data in any way.
Version 1.0 of the app does not collect, transmit or store any personal data on any server. There is no account, no login, no registration, no payment, no subscription, no advertising, no chat and no social feature. The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking software of any kind, and no usage statistics of its own.
The app does not track its users, and it therefore never shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt on iPhone.
So that the app works offline and remembers where you left off, it keeps a few things in its private storage on your phone. This data never leaves the device:
All of this is removed when you uninstall the app. Downloaded exhibition content can also be removed at any time from inside the app.
The app does not ask for a name or an age, and no screen in the app can save one. It stores no email address, no phone number, no postal address, no account, no password, no location of any kind, no contacts, no photos or media from your device, no health or financial data, no advertising identifier and no hardware device identifier. The only identifier involved is the random installation identifier used by the update check (see section 4). Access to the Android advertising ID is explicitly blocked in the app.
The app connects to the internet only in the situations described below. All connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and none of them carries your name, your e-mail address, or anything you typed or did in the app.
The list of institutions and exhibitions, the texts, photographs and narration audio are downloaded from a public content store. The request contains nothing but the address of the file being fetched. The files are hosted on DigitalOcean Spaces in a data centre in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). The store sits behind Cloudflare, which sets a technical cookie (__cf_bm) on its reply to protect against automated load. That cookie contains nothing about you and is not used for tracking.
From time to time the app asks whether a newer version of its own program code is available and downloads it if so. This lets us fix, say, a wrong opening time or a broken sentence within minutes. The request reports the app version, the release channel, the installed code version, and a random installation identifier that the Expo library generates the first time the app runs and that stays the same until you uninstall the app. That identifier is not linked to your name, e-mail or any account, we have no access to it, and we do not use it for anything. Updates are cryptographically signed and verified on the phone before they are used. The service is provided by Expo (EAS Update).
When you tap the privacy item in the app, this page opens in your phone's browser. Some stops also carry links to related third-party content, specifically videos on YouTube and a page on bibiana.sk. Every such link opens only after you confirm it, and always in your phone's browser rather than inside the app. From the moment you follow it, that site's own terms and data handling apply, not this policy. We are not responsible for the content of those sites.
As with any connection to any internet service, the server that answers can momentarily see your device's IP address - without it, the reply could not be delivered. Altum X s. r. o. does not log IP addresses and keeps no record of who downloaded what.
The app asks for camera permission for a single purpose: reading the QR codes printed on the signs beside the exhibits, so that pointing the phone at a sign opens that stop in the app.
The app is made for families, and children are expected to use parts of it directly (the quiz, the activities, the mini-games). Because the app processes no personal data at all, no consent from a child or a parent is required under Article 8 GDPR (the age of digital consent in Slovakia is 16), and the app therefore contains no consent dialog.
For completeness: the app contains no advertising and no third-party advertising or analytics code, no in-app purchases or payments, no account, profile, chat, sharing or user-generated content, and no behavioural profiling or visitor-based personalisation. The only links out of the app are the ones section 4 describes: this page, and links to related content at some stops, which open only after you confirm and always in your phone's browser.

Exhibition content is served from within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). The update service is provided by Expo, a company based in the United States; in that connection the app hands Expo the IP address technically necessary to deliver the reply, the software-version values described above and the random installation identifier. Altum X s. r. o. itself collects no data, has no access to that data and transfers none to third countries.
Because nothing is transmitted or held on a server, most GDPR rights are literally in your own hands:
For any privacy question, write to info@altumx.sk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
If a future version of the app ever begins to collect or send anything, we will publish a new, dated version of this policy before that release and update the App Store and Google Play declarations accordingly. The current version of this policy is always available at this address.
This web page itself uses no cookies, no analytics and no external resources.
